Refund policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, the following policies apply:

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel 30 or more calendar days before your session for a full refund.  
  • Cancellations made within 30 calendar days of the session will incur a fee: $500 for Masterclass programs (Big Day Out or Breakfast Club) and $50 for Leaders Club sessions (in-person or online).  
  • Workshop programs and consulting projects have a 50% cancellation fee aplicable from the date you have confirmed your order by purchase or contract signature (in the case of a specific contract being issued by us), regardless of when you cancel.  

Reschedule:  

You may reschedule to a new date for the same type of program provided that we receive your reschedule request 7 or more calendar days of the date of the session you have booked.  

Requests received by us within 7 days of the session date you have booked will be treated as cancellations and subject to the above cancellation terms.
